Jennifer is the recipient of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) Award for Top 10 Producer in State and Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC) Award for Top 10 Producer in City. Those consistent accolades,(her annual HAAPC Awards date back to 1999), signify both her vast education and experience in the placement of top talent. She has earned designation as a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.

At the University of Arkansas, Jennifer studied fashion merchandising. She pursued this passion

spacerwith seven years of retail management experience, including a position with The Limited, before embarking upon 18 years of staffing expertise.

Jennifer has always been intrigued with the entrepreneurial process. This private interest became a professional calling and Hiring Source was established. With many prestigious firms as clients, Jennifer represents uncommon excellence in the staffing sector. Jennifer seamlessly integrates client service experience with a deliberate approach and has earned the respect of her colleagues. With a hands-on approach in managing business development, she successfully balances the needs of both new and tenured clients.

Outside of the office, Jennifer loves to give back. She's passionate about and involved with numerous non-profit organizations including Aim at Melanoma, Memorial Park Conservancy, Trees for Houston and Houston Zoo. Jennifer is also somewhat of an international globetrotter; Italy is one of her favorite destinations.spacer

Briana has a unique blend of skills which seamlessly transition to her responsibilities as staffing consultant. Simply put, Briana is results-oriented, actionable, and adventuresome while also being a bright and individualistic thinker. She is the ultimate multi-tasker yet yields high quality work; she’s designed a path of quantity and quality! Briana came to Hiring Source with account executive experience and parlayed that experience into the staffing environment and she’s never looked back.

Perhaps it’s her BS in Business Administration from Clemson University (with a concentration in

spacerInternational Management) that compels her to be assertive, driven and persuasive. Or, it could be her study abroad program to Barcelona, Spain that resulted in her independence and focus. Let’s not forget her five semesters on the Dean’s List and two semesters on the President’s List. Whatever the impetus, it can be said that Briana possesses a driven approach to all aspects of her positon as staffing consultant.

Briana’s contributions to the Hiring Source platform include: reviewing resumes and identifying applicants for current openings, prescreening, testing and maintaining relationships with candidates, and providing feedback prior to hiring decisions. Briana is equally responsible for smooth transitions after placement.

Briana’s competitive spirit is evident away from the office, especially at UT and Clemson football games, running at Memorial Park, playing tennis, and snowboarding. She’s equally comfortable when spending time with her family on the lake in South Carolina, traveling abroad, and riding her scooter around town.
